There's No Way Out!
PLOT SUMMARY: In a sunken castle underneath the earth, six strangers wake. They have no food. No memory. No water. And no way out. These strangers are from every normal walk of life, yet they each have a secret. They don't know it yet, but they're capable of something they never imagined. They must organize and band together for the sinister adventure that awaits them.
ABOUT THE PRODUCTION: The Gauntlet is a horror thriller directed by Matt Eskandari, starring Bai Ling, Warren Kole, Jaime Ray Newman, Jude Ciccolella, and Dustin Nguyen.
With a screenplay by Matt Eskandari and Adam Lawson and from a story by Adam Lawson, The Gauntlet is produced by Jonathan Shih, Daniel Wei, and Wellington Sun for Kingdom of Light Entertainment and Executive Produced by Charles Reger and John Reger for Yippi Entertainment. Associate Producers are Harry Liang from Eastern Shine Productions.
The Gauntlet was in pre-production for 4 months and physical production for 5 weeks in Beijing, China. U.S. production will commence mid-January, once final candidates from the site are selected.

Two winners from the competition will be cast in various scenes in the upcoming film The Gauntlet. Two winners will be selected based on the most membership referrals from October 27th, 2007 – January 15th, 2008.
Winners will receive the following
• A round-trip airfare to and from Los Angeles, California and hotel and transportation accommodations. Applies to Yippi members who reside outside of a 150 mile radius of Los Angeles only. Residents of Southern California will receive $500 instead.
• Invitation to a glamorous Hollywood event and dine with a surprise celebrity
• A speaking role in The Gauntlet
• A signed script from the cast of The Gauntlet
• An invitation to the premier of The Gauntlet
• Credit and union endorsement

Rules
• New referrals must upload a minimum of two profile pictures.

The Gauntlet's Big Hollywood Break Contest- Terms and Conditions:
1. YIPPI Points serve as a means for Yippikya (Yippi.com) to keep record of Members who have been active members of our network. All Members of Yippikya are eligible to earn YIPPI Points so long as they comply with this Agreement.
2. The YIPPI Points shall not have any monetary value and shall not reflect any rights or interests in Yippikya or any of its interests, properties, affiliates or subsidiaries. They may not be traded, exchanged, sold or collateralized. However, they are a means for Yippikya to record who have contributed to the growth of our network, so that Yippikya may, if and when it decides to, thank these Members with gifts. Gifts may be in the form of cash, stock in our company, or other items.
3. Members receive YIPPI Points by referring their friends, family members and other individuals as Approved Referrals (as defined below) to Yippikya. For each Approved Referrals made by a Member, that Member shall receive one YIPPI Point. There is no limit to the number of YIPPI Points a Member can earn.
4. Any YIPPI Points received by a Member whose account is terminated, dormant or removed shall be forfeited. Yippikya reserves, in its sole and absolute discretion, the right to recover YIPPI Points received by a Member through fraud, deception or other unacceptable means.
5. As used herein, "Approved Referrals" means referral of a new member to Yippikya who (i) has posted a minimum of two (2) pictures on that member's personal page.
6. The Contest is only available for use by persons who are 14 years of age or older. If you are not yet 14 years old, do not use or attempt to use the Service. You should carefully read our Privacy Policy for more information regarding the collection of personal information from children. Even if you are over 14 years old, certain restrictions still apply if you are considered a minor where you live (generally under 18 years of age, but requirements may be different where you live and you must comply with the laws that apply to you). You may not register to use the Service and you cannot agree to be bound by this Agreement on your own behalf if you are a minor. If you are at least 16 years old, but are still a minor (e.g., under 18) you will be referred to in this Agreement as a “teenager” and you must present this Agreement to your parent or legal guardian and we have the right to request that he or she provide certain additional information. If you are a teenager you are confirming to us that you have received your parent’s/guardian’s express consent to do so and that your parent/guardian (i) has read and, on your behalf, agrees to be bound by this Agreement, (ii) is not a minor and is entering into this Agreement on behalf of you, the teenager and (iii) understands, agrees and shall be fully responsible for you, their teenager’s, use of the Service. If your parent or legal guardian does not agree to (or cannot comply with) these or any of the other terms and conditions in the Agreement or he or she does not wish you to register for the Service, do not click the “I Accept” box and do not use or attempt to use the Service. If a user under 18 years of age wins this contest, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian or chaperone over the age of 18. Chaperone is responsible for their own transportation.
7. YIPPIKYA.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, any technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, or any incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or garbled referrals or failure to receive referrals, including injury or damage to you or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading materials related to this referral process.
